Freediving is the art of holding your breath and enjoying the underwater world in its purest form. Proper breathing helps lower your pulse and increase Oxygen saturation. During the breath-up, breath in and out as close as you can to the red bars. The lower your pulse and higher your Oxygen the deeper you will be able to go. Any movement will consume oxygen. Time your movements, use gravity and buoyancy to beat your own high-score. It's all about breaking free of your own limitations.
