During the breath-up, breath in and out as close as you can to the red bars. The lower your pulse and higher your Oxygen the deeper you will be able to go. Any movement will consume oxygen. Time your movements, use gravity and buoyancy to beat your own high-score. Its all about breaking free of your own limitations.
